Request Received
Maintenance requests are submitted through the AppFolio tenant portal or reported directly to our team. Every request is logged, timestamped, and assigned immediately — nothing falls through the cracks.

Scope & Dispatch
We assess the request and dispatch the right vendor by trade — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs. No generic handymen for specialized work. Scope is confirmed before any technician arrives so there are no billing surprises.

Photo Documentation
Before work begins, photos are taken. After work is complete, photos are taken again. Every work order is closed with a full photo record — protecting both owners and tenants from disputes about what was done and when.
